These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of igrowspire.com and the services provided by iGrowspire ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

iGrowspire provides LinkedIn growth and engagement services, including profile followers, page followers, post likes, connection growth, group member growth, reposts, and comments. Service details, package quantities, prices, and delivery timeframes are described on our website and are subject to availability.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp (or live chat) using the buttons provided on our package cards. When you place an order, you provide the relevant public LinkedIn URL and any other details needed to fulfill it. We confirm availability and next steps before fulfillment begins.

3. No Password Required

We never request your LinkedIn password or account credentials. We work solely from the public URLs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the links you share are correct and publicly accessible.

4. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with you after your order is confirmed. Prices are listed in US dollars and apply worldwide unless otherwise agreed. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

We deliver orders gradually over the timeframes stated on each package (typically 1–4 days) using real, active profiles. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order size, service, and external factors outside our control, including changes to the LinkedIn platform.

6. Lifetime Guarantee

We back orders with a lifetime guarantee: if the quantity you ordered drops below the purchased amount, we will refill it free of charge for the life of your order. To request a refill, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details. The guarantee covers drop-off of delivered engagement; it does not cover changes you make to your own account, content removal by you, or actions taken by LinkedIn against your account for reasons unrelated to our service.

7. Acceptable Use and Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for accounts, pages, posts, and groups that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your own compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service. We provide our services as described, and you acknowledge that third-party growth services exist in a gray area of LinkedIn's platform policies (see our FAQ for an honest discussion). You assume responsibility for your decision to use such services.

8. No Affiliation With LinkedIn

iGrowspire is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here for descriptive purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we use real, active profiles and proven methods, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, leads, or job offers) resulting from increased followers or engagement. Results vary by individual.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGrowspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to a United States-based business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Specific governing jurisdiction can be confirmed on request.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
